I cannot say enough positive things about BMW of FT Washington. They all always go the extra mile! Upon check in and check out their attention to detail is impeccable. My TPM was going off nonstop for the past week so I brought my SUV in today to have it looked at. Ben brought it back to have it reset and 3 of my tires filled with air. I usually don’t write reviews, but today what I saw at BMW Fort Washington, made me change my mind. My brother asked me to drop his car for service, when I got there, I felt very comfortable and welcomed. BMW Fort Washington, made me change my mind. My brother asked me to drop his car for service, when I got there, I felt very comfortable and welcomed. Everyone is smiling, they are happy to see me. They are very pleasant, it made me feel like im at home. In the drive through I met Ryan Young. He was great. Then inside, Rich Lanci the service director was extremely nice and pleasant. He was great. He took me to the show room to show me the waiting area, he made sure I was comfortable. In the showroom, I met a gentleman named Ben Ammar, He was very kind and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure having a conversation with him. It was clear this company cares about their employees. And Mike Fastman the general manager. He is great to his employees and their families. What a place to drop your car for service. Feeling the love everywhere. They showed me the video and when my car was done it was very nice and clean. This is the first time I am giving a review for the service here at Bmw Fort Washington. I am giving them all five stars and recommending them to anyone who wants to buy a car or service their own or even to find a job. This is the place to be, thank you all. You guys are the best. More
