I took my BMW for service yesterday and was very pleased with the friendly and top notch service I received from Rich Lanci, Amy Marshall and Ben Ammar and also the crew that greets you when you drop off yo with the friendly and top notch service I received from Rich Lanci, Amy Marshall and Ben Ammar and also the crew that greets you when you drop off your car and brings you the loaner car. Rich discussed the scope of service I needed and Amy kept me updated on the work being done. Ben greeted me when I returned to pick up the car. He is dedicated to customer satisfaction and there to help with anything you need. I highly recommend BMW of Fort Washington. More
