I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

Wonderful team at your dealership. When I called Terry he was so helpful with the cars on the website he found exactly what I was looking to purchase. I had called Park Ford twice and When I called Terry he was so helpful with the cars on the website he found exactly what I was looking to purchase. The president and owner, Ri I was extremely pleased with the attention and service and helpfulness of the 2 salesman, Kenny King and Roscoe Woodberry. The president and owner, Richard Klaben was very hands on and helped tremendously in arranging the purchase of this used car. He promised to have the car Ford Certified, and he delivered. Although this car was 3 years old, it looked brand new without any previous scratches or wear. The Finance Service Rep, Stephanie Slomberg was extremely thorough in explaining the various options for extended warranties. Before I left the salesman acquainted me with the all the various bells and whistles and set up my bluetooth for me. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had! More
