My service experience this time has been subpar. I took my vehicle in to have an oil change, rack and pinion replace, and wheel alignment. Upon picking the vehicle up the first time, I heard a scrap I took my vehicle in to have an oil change, rack and pinion replace, and wheel alignment. Upon picking the vehicle up the first time, I heard a scraping noise coming from the from driver wheel and noticed grease prints and oil spots on the driver door. My service advisor, Richard, wrote the vehicle up, documented the grease and oil and put the vehicle back in Line to go to the shop. Upon picking the vehicle up the second time, I immediately noticed the grease and oil spots were never cleaned. I drove it all the way home and noticed a rubbing noise coming from the front wheels and could also feel it in the steering wheel. Upon inspecting the wheels, the drivers side wheel center cap was not fully seated on the rim. It appears the hub underneath is not replaced correctly which is not allowing the center cap to reseat properly. Now I have to take the vehicle back to the shop, wasting more of my time because it seems that an incompetent tech is just rushing through the job. Absolutely unacceptable!!! More

Findlay’s the worst dealership I’ve dealt with of all the dealerships I’ve been to. The waiting room is loud and busy as opposed to quiet and relaxing. The lack of accommodations is unlike any other dealersh dealerships I’ve been to. The waiting room is loud and busy as opposed to quiet and relaxing. The lack of accommodations is unlike any other dealership experience I’ve had. No complimentary carwash, no complimentary loaner car when the service is expected to be longer than 2-3 hours. And salesmen approach you like sharks when you’re in the waiting lounge. And even the snacks are sold, not complimentary. More
