I purchased a Lexus GX from this dealer, and as soon as I got home, I found a deep paint scratch on the side, two rust in the hood paint, a windshield spider crack, a defective battery, and a faulty emergenc got home, I found a deep paint scratch on the side, two rust in the hood paint, a windshield spider crack, a defective battery, and a faulty emergency brake. I called the following day to let them know that, given the high vehicle price, no issues were expected, and I would like to return the vehicle. The Branch Manager and General Manager are scammers. They promised they would fix the issues, but they never did that. They wanted my two days by holding the car and making me be there, but they did nothing. This was totally unexpected from a dealer like this. This was an absolute shock for the vehicle from this dealer. Next vehicle shoppers, please stay away from this dealer if you would like to buy a vehicle with peace in mind. More

Had a real good experience with sales person, Rodney Head. However, the actual purchase of the vehicle with the finance person was miserable. Had check in hand. Only needed five minutes with the fina Head. However, the actual purchase of the vehicle with the finance person was miserable. Had check in hand. Only needed five minutes with the finance person. Waited over two hours to sign a couple documents. Not likely to repeat that experience. More

Was on my way to hospital to visit my son my Ram truck ran very hot was able to get it cooled down and dropped wife off at Emory hospital at 4:45 Saturday evening call Jim Ellis they had Hugh Larsen waiti ran very hot was able to get it cooled down and dropped wife off at Emory hospital at 4:45 Saturday evening call Jim Ellis they had Hugh Larsen waiting on me arrived at dealer at 5:15. That man and his crew had me back on my way to hospital by 8 paid me more than truck was worth and got me a payment I can handle. Didn’t get truck washed until Monday night and noticed two kinda small dings in fender called Hugh he had drive back out there and had me back on road happy with washed truck by 2 just a all around Professional Operation all the way around keep up the great work More

Sales people were fine, meeting with finance person was not. Was sent to Cadillac dealership for payment. Sat for over an hour before finally texting Juan to see if I had been forgotten. Juan got papers printed for me to sign and I met with him again and he took care of payment in 10 minutes. More
