I purchased a Lexus GX from this dealer, and as soon as I
got home, I found a deep paint scratch on the side, two rust in the hood paint, a windshield spider crack, a defective battery, and a faulty emergenc

I called the following day to let them know that, given the high vehicle price, no issues were expected, and I would like to return the vehicle.
The Branch Manager and General Manager are scammers. They promised they would fix the issues, but they never did that. They wanted my two days by holding the car and making me be there, but they did nothing. This was totally unexpected from a dealer like this.
This was an absolute shock for the vehicle from this dealer. Next vehicle shoppers, please stay away from this dealer if you would like to buy a vehicle with peace in mind.
