Jonathan Lopez Camacho inherited a rather difficult situation, where I had been unable to even get anyone in service to respond to repeated calls about the status of my car and its repair for several d situation, where I had been unable to even get anyone in service to respond to repeated calls about the status of my car and its repair for several days. Although it took another 4 days to finally get the issues resolved, Jonathan handled the situation well, identifying what actually needed to be fixed and what didn't -- as opposed to anyone else I had to deal with in the midst of delay after delay. I would like to thank him for his help. More

This was my third time coming into this dealer looking for help on noises my car makes. This manager told me that everything seemed normal and said he would have his specialists test drive my car the next for help on noises my car makes. This manager told me that everything seemed normal and said he would have his specialists test drive my car the next day to help out with my problem. When I arrived the next day the mechanic did not want to test drive the car even though I told him about my concerns. The manager lied to me about a mechanic looking at my car and inspecting it. I spent money going to another mechanic and they said my car does have problems. No help at all. More
