Susan stayed in contact just enough to keep me informed, but not too much or too often. She and everyone at the dealership have been great to work with. Even as a new order I got a discount, and the manager added another discount that started after I ordered the car! The sales people including Susan have checked to make sure the car is performing well (by far the best car I have owned) and to make sure I understand all the details of the car, the idrive, etc. Thanks again for the whole experience, and the car. This was our first experience with BMW. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had. We were given plenty of time to test drive various models and Chris reviewed the numerous options on the mode car buying experience we have ever had. When it came time to get a new car, I would like to replace my 3rd BMW 328I due to the high mileage. Paul knew the options I would like, then he found a BNW 328 Ix black but unfortunately not available immediately. So he found another one available immediately, a silver sport better and no much more expensive. Finally I made choice of this car and I got this car in a time period promised. Both Paul Kolleck and the finance manager made the process a great experience so I would definitely recommend the BMW Store to others. More
