He is a very knowledgeable sales person and very pleasing to work with not only during the sale process but also post sales. I strongly recommend Chris for your next BMW. I Strongly recommend Chico Robinson without which I probably wouldn't have bought this car. He is the best person I have seen who not only helps you buy your dream car but down to earth and helps you decide what is good for you without any personal gain. He gave us a great day in early 2012 when we visited to test drive the then new F30 3 Series, but it wasn't possible to specify the vehicle we wanted so we waited. We'd enjoyed how he'd looked after us so well that when the time came for us to buy a few months ago we called him up even though there are several BMW dealers much nearer to us. He's a real enthusiast himself who cares about the cars and it was clear that our experience really mattered to him. Our order was arranged over the phone/email and using his knowledge he was able to find a production slot 6 weeks earlier than our local dealer. He helped us track the production and transportation, we had a very enjoyable afternoon picking up the car 6 weeks later, and he continues to check we're happy with everything (there are a couple of very minor issues that need sorting). We also enjoyed our brief dealings with Ric Koresky and Conor O'Somachain, who also made us feel very welcome. From the first moment of contact and throughout all transactions, we felt confident and secure of the service and quality we were receiving. Chris expertly attuned to our family's individual wishes and needs. All of my communications were responded to immediately. Chris's follow-up occurred on our terms exactly as we requested; thus, pressure-to-buy was not experienced, which was not the case of other dealerships. Questions were completely and honestly answered, and promises and predictions were accurate. Extra work on Chris's part resulted in a larger than previously quoted trade-in price on the day of the sale. These extra dollars could have easily gone to someone other than us - I thank Chris for getting the best price right up to the last minute and even after the new car transaction was complete. Adequate time was allotted and patience demonstrated so that I left the BMW property feeling confident about the use of the new car's many fabulous functions. Chris kindly came to our home the next day and coordinated the vehicle to operate with the garage door. He reached out several times during the sales and delivery process to update me on the status of the vehicle. In addition he accepted all my calls regarding inquiries on options and was effective at explaining their additional value. Ultimately, I had ordered a highly customized vehicle and it was delivered on time and it was an exact match to my intentions. My type A personality was met at every turn and this is a testament that the BMW Store is a great place to purchase a vehicle. Our family bought our second BMW from the BMW Store recently. My wife got an X3 last year and I picked a 528 this year. We bought from Chris Lykins both times. Chris was a true professional. He listened to what I wanted and then made suggestions. Once we built a common vision he worked tirelessly to produce the car I wanted at a great value. I never felt like I was being sold. My experience felt more like he was advocating in my best interest to deliver the right car for me. He was fun to buy from and made me feel like I was buying from a friend and that's pretty much how it turned out! Chico Robinson extended another personal touch that enriched my experience. Chico and I talked like we were sitting on his front porch sipping ice tea. I felt right at home. We swapped stories and shared laughs all the while Chico worked out the financial details. He was genuinely interested in connecting with me and making what is usually an unpleasant aspect of car buying enjoyable. They took my money and I thanked them for it--go figure! Last year when inked the deal for the X3 Chris arranged for us to pick it up from the BMW factory in South Carolina. We were treated like long-time prestigious customers--which we are becoming! They put us up in a nice hotel, fed us well and then let us go wild on the BMW test track with professional trainers and some fine cars. We learned how to drive better, under more control and then got the green light to learn what the "Ultimate Driving Machine" is all about. It was amazing, exhilarating and we won't forget it--ever! I have been hooked on BMW cars since I rented an old 5 series in Germany in the 90's and hit the autobahn! The buying experience at the BMW store hooked me too. It was a different then driving flat-out but still an enjoyable "Ultimate Buying Experience". Thanks for the memories! More

I had found the car I was interested after searching dealerships in the area. I emailed Susan who promptly got back to me regarding the car and price. Susan and Ric worked with me on price and trade and I felt like they were going the extra mile to make the deal happen. Chico was excellent as well, having all the paperwork prepared ahead of time so we were in and out of the finance office in less than ten minutes. A great team and a great experience. I also purchased some accessories (roof crossbars etc...) and was thrilled that they were in stock and no need to order. The parts department followed the same excellent service example. More
