Absolutely delightful experience I just relocated to the US and needed to get a car before I had to hand in my company provided car. I looked no further than the BMW Store because the experience right from the start was terrific. Working with Ric Koresky and Chris Lykins was like a walk in the park. The process was very smooth and quick. I was provided a number of options for leasing and for financing. I was also provided a car to use until mine was ready and that made a huge difference. The service is great, the people are very friendly and at the same time very professional. Overall an awesome experience. I will undoubtedly recommend them strongly to my friends. More

Positive buying experience. Bought my first BMW while stationed in Germany as my second car. Loved it so much I brought a new one home. That was a good buying experience and my most recent was a repeat. I met Chuck Wiener back in January when I first started looking. I liked his no pressure way of doing business. I couldn't make up my mind on what car I liked best at the time. Chuck made a follow up call and I said I'd let him know when I was ready. No pestering, no pressuring just a thank you and let me know when you are ready. My wife met Chuck in November without me. Her comments when she got home were "I really liked Chuck. Easy guy to deal with." I of course agree with her and from this experience I would have to include the entire staff that we came in contact with. I keep my cars a long time. 14 years with my 540 six speed sport and almost 39 years with my Mustang. Getting bit older and less inclined to do the maintenance I've always done so The BMW Store is likely to see me more often so long as they keep the buying experience positive. I highly recommend Chuck Wiener. I met Matt Long yesterday who patiently gave me another 2 hours of cockpit lessons. Answering all my questions very patiently. I'd met Eric Hensley a number of years ago when bringing my 540 in for service. His service department is always courteous, easy to work with, and I've never had a problem with my car not solved. On another note, there were several other employees I met yesterday and I'm sorry I don't remember all their names. But one of them noticed I was prior military. Next thing I know we're having a great chat together and and trying to see if our paths had crossed somewhere especially those of us of the Vietnam era. That makes you feel welcome at The BMW Store. More

The dealership, as a whole, benefits from specializing only in BMW and Mini, which helps them provide a high level of service, but this dealership has quality people working throughout their buildings. Get your BMW here !!! Our decision went from BMW back to Mazda because of a dealership near us.Then we decided to check few more BMW dealers through calls and visit them ( Our decision went from BMW back to Mazda because of a dealership near us.Then we decided to check few more BMW dealers through calls and visit them (even though they are a little far away). When we visited The BMW store, it was very welcoming even though we were not dressed for a occasion. We decided on X3 and had specific requirements.Chris listened to what we wanted and the team suggested options that will increase the resale value of our car just in case. They had one slot and were willing to wait a couple of days for us to decide before they put in their order. The finance department was very helpful, else our BMW dream would still be a dream. We were updated on the progress of our car by Chris via email and calls. When we went to take our car, it was waiting on the front for us with a bow. The whole process was a smooth experience. Definitely recommend The BMW store, Cincinnati. More

Happy Day!!! Chris was great in guiding us through the entire buying and delivery process. What a great experience to watch on the computer as our new car went from production, to delivery on the dock in Germany, to shipment on the freighter, to docking in the US, to delivery to the showroom. Chris was patient and very helpful in explaining all the working of our new 4 Series retractible hardtop convertible at delivery time. He made it so easy to understand there has not been a need to rush to the manual to figure out how something works. It was a "Happy Day" when our car was delivered and we spent time with Chris learning all the functions. Everyday that we drive the car is another "Happy Day". More
