It had been my intention to exchange BMW's at the Tucson dealership, as I now live there 9 months of the year; however, that choice was changed by the team at The BMW store, including sales, genius, lease manager, finance manager and General Manager. Individually and collectively, they cleared up some misunderstanding I had about the process and made a fair offer for me to lease a beautiful, fully-loaded M4 in the showroom. In particular, Paul Kolleck proactively addressed all my questions/concerns and found the right car to meet.exceed my needs. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. More

I have bought many cars from The BMW store and it is a joy to see the entire dealership has maintained and even improved the experience. Rick Koresky found me the exact car I was looking for ...which was no easy task. Dean Stathes filled out the experience by paying careful attention to our needs and he is extremely knowledgeable. We were on a tight time schedule and Eric in service even worked our X5 into his schedule for an oil change on a busy day. I cannot say enough great things about the care we received. I must also say the gentleman who handled all of the paper signing was very professional and yes made a tedious task easy and relaxed. More

European Delivery I recently took delivery on a new 2018 440i xDrive convertible at the BMW Store - but I was first introduced to my car at BMW Welt in Munich. The sta I recently took delivery on a new 2018 440i xDrive convertible at the BMW Store - but I was first introduced to my car at BMW Welt in Munich. The staff at the Welt made European Delivery of a BMW a special experience. When we met our advisor, he led us to a monumental staircase leading to the cars. About halfway down he motioned to a white convertible, the turntable in the floor it was sitting on started to turn, and he proudly announced that it was ours. Driving away down the exit ramp out of that huge building was a treat; it felt like we were doing more than just picking up a car. Special thanks to Ric and Dean for helping make the process easy. They let me know what to expect, how long it would take, the advantages - all of it. I'm very glad I did European Delivery. It was a something I will remember for awhile. More
