It's awful. I bought a used vehicle from them lay July & I've returned it about 15 times now for repairs. Could be more or less than 15. They tell me the problem is fixed, I pick it up, not fixed. Once instance they said the piece they bought was used & obviously defective. Used? So it went back for repairs. Still not fixed. Now it wasn't the left side it was the right side. I honestly don't want to get into all the crap I've been through with this place. And I'm not the only one, i know of others as well. My 1 friends vehicle has been there now for over a month! They are beyond ridiculous. I picked it up once after being repaired. I'm driving home, any little bump in the road my end was swaying. I gotta bring it back. I go for a ride with the technician. He says, yeah it's the alignment that's my fault I FORGOT to do it!! Forgot? I do not trust their technicians at all but unfortunately have to go there due to my warranty. About a month ago it was there. They were nice enough to bring the vehicle to me & pick up their loaner. I get in the vehicle & automatically see a warning light on. The person driving it to my house didn't see this? The technicians didn't see it? Had to call, had to bring it back for repair. It's absolutely rid what I've gone through with this vehicle & dealership. I've been buying new & used vehicles for at least 30 years & have NEVER experienced this! It's awful. Was just there few weeks ago, I know it's a transmission issue but they say it was something with my gas pedal sensor & they fixed it. Gina, the customer service manager called to talk to me because I've had the vehicle there so many times. I explained it all, from the beginning..... all i hear is we understand, it'll be fixed. I have the vehicle now, it's STILL NOT fixed. So I'll wait until it dies then get it towed they're, maybe then they'll fix the transmission, if they can figure it out. They know what the problem is, they just don't want to lose money, cause it's under warranty. That's exactly what my friend is going through. I will say Braelynn is not a problem. As much as I yell & complain, she's still as nice as can be. It's not her fault the others don't know what they're doing, it's just she has to hear the complaints. Some of the people that I've talked to are just awful, they think their smart xxxxx.....DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE. I actually wouldn't recommend buying anything from them. Like i told Gina, who is the owners sister.... your brother frank cares more about the community than he does his dissatisfied customers. I was told that was not true.... but..... since I've had my vehicle retu the last time, has anyone called me to see if everything was good? Absolutely not! I 100% regret buying this vehicle from this dealership. More

I cannot believe I was charged 320 and the problem was just the battery needed replacing that’s why I had intermittent starting issues. Shame on them for not testing the battery first.
