It shouldn’t take more than 2 hours for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I guess the issue was there wasn’t enough bays available. There should be bays available when you have a scheduled appointm change and tire rotation. I guess the issue was there wasn’t enough bays available. There should be bays available when you have a scheduled appointment and it shouldn’t take your car 50 minutes to wait to be put on a lift. Furthermore every time I come I get a level of attitude about waiting for my vehicle to be done for standard routine maintenance like this visit. Not everyone has a ride or a second vehicle that they can utilize, so more understanding is needed. More

I love Mastrovito Hyundai, everyone is so friendly and their service is impeccable, They did an excellent Detail Job on my 2021 Grand Jeep Cherokee, that I bought from them a few years ago. As an older woman looking for a used car, I am very wary of most dealerships. I must admit Aaron treated me with respect, actually listened to what I was saying and didn't push to try and buy a more expens of most dealerships.
