It shouldn’t take more than 2 hours for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I guess the issue was there wasn’t enough bays available. There should be bays available when you have a scheduled appointm change and tire rotation. I guess the issue was there wasn’t enough bays available. There should be bays available when you have a scheduled appointment and it shouldn’t take your car 50 minutes to wait to be put on a lift. Furthermore every time I come I get a level of attitude about waiting for my vehicle to be done for standard routine maintenance like this visit. Not everyone has a ride or a second vehicle that they can utilize, so more understanding is needed. More

Made an appointment for service to diagnose 2 issues for a car used car i purchased from them with a warranty. Fixed one of 2 issues. Was told they were going to take my door apart to properly diagnose my a car used car i purchased from them with a warranty. Fixed one of 2 issues. Was told they were going to take my door apart to properly diagnose my issue. They did not when I was told it was ready. Also I asked for a quote for an oil change. I was told 188, I normally pay 155 for the same oil I requested i agreed to the 188 and when I got my bill it 50 dollars more then quoted. I asked to talk to the service manager again after talking to them about my window. Never got a call back to discuss the over charge. My extended warranty they sold me locks my car to get fixed only via them with out a headache. More

I love Mastrovito Hyundai, everyone is so friendly and their service is impeccable, They did an excellent Detail Job on my 2021 Grand Jeep Cherokee, that I bought from them a few years ago. This vehicle is a well oiled machine with no issues. If you want a quality vehicle and once you pick one out you’ll be driving it practically the next day. More
