I've been a customer a DCH Kay Honda for years. The service department has always treated us well. Just purchased a 2024 Honda Pilot from them and the experience was easy. Freddy was very respectful and helpful throughout the process. On here I don't see the photo of the employee who had me sign the paperwork, but he was very nice as well. Yendri was very helpful in scheduling my actual meeting at the dealership, accommodating me as I was having difficulty finding a day to visit because I was afraid of driving out during the weather. With the overall transaction itself, it was a lot shorter than I had expected. I hear horror stories about people sitting in dealerships for over 5 hours plus, before they even get out the door, but I believe my stay was about 4. I'm sure it would have been shorter had I not sat for 50 minutes on the phone with Progressive Insurance about getting a quote. If anything, they would have my complaint, not the dealership. About the car itself, it took a bit for the car to be brought over as they had it held at a location off site, which took 20 minutes for them to get it to the dealership before I could see it in person. I don't know if this is something I should have expected, but when I left the car only had 50 miles left in the tank before I had to get gas, so I had to refill it within the first 20 minutes of me owning and driving it home. Overall, the experience was pleasant. Outside of my actual transaction, something else I noticed was that an employee that had nothing to do with my transaction or financing was fiddling with a nicotine pouch container at their desk, I don't know if it was empty or not but it might not be something others might want to see in a professional setting. More

This was a great experience! I just moved to the area and needed a second car, and Yendri/Eric and his team were able to deliver within 1 phone call and I had a car 30 minutes in I just moved to the area and needed a second car, and Yendri/Eric and his team were able to deliver within 1 phone call and I had a car 30 minutes into my visit! They were very transparent, educational and on top of everything. No surprises with the price. I highly recommend Eric/Yendri and the team here. More

I chose this dealership because I have heard nothing but good things about Honda. I hope that that car I picked is just as faithful as the reviews I've heard. I also wasn't pressured to purchase anything, but in the end I was able to get a deal that fit my budget which in today's time isn't easy with the sky rocket prices on cars and everything. Salaries are not increasing to meet the economic increases. More

There aren’t enough superlatives in the English language to describe what a wonderful experience it was buying my first car with the immense help of Michael Myers. I am not a car person and honestly knew no to describe what a wonderful experience it was buying my first car with the immense help of Michael Myers. I am not a car person and honestly knew nothing coming in other than I liked the used Jeep Wrangler DCH had on the lot. Mike made everything so easy, helped me out every step of the way (including getting my insurance set up since I am a total dummy), and even gave a few good restaurant recommendations! So grateful for this experience and in particular for Mike and Raymond’s help! Thank you so much DCH Kay Honda, you guys really made this such an easy, unforgettable experience! More
