They sell you defective vehicles that are over priced and the customer service is terrible and the owner only cares about himself. As a single mother of five children, I bought a Honda pilot and within a and the customer service is terrible and the owner only cares about himself. As a single mother of five children, I bought a Honda pilot and within a short time I told them I didn’t like how it shifted and they told me that the car was fine within 60 days. The car needed a new transmission they put a used one in however they charge me a price of a car that would’ve been sold with a good transmission versus a car that’s been defective. They had my car for five weeks in service and when I got the car back, it had new issues. They refused to fix the car without me paying. I refuse to pay because these were problems caused by their techs. I brought it to another garage and they quoted me. I need another $1800 worth of work because they didn’t tighten a lot of the work they did underneath the car and things broke in. The car is not very safe to drive now, I asked to have the car either refunded or exchange and they refused. I advise going elsewhere to reliable dealership to get a car. More
