I recently purchased a car from this dealership, and overall, I had a positive experience. Raul, the sales associate, was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, he was super friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. He made the entire process smooth, explained all my options, and never pushed me into something I was not comfortable with. I felt like he genuinely cared about helping me find the right car for my needs. The dealership itself was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection of cars. The team there was professional and welcoming, which made the whole experience much better. However, the finance department could use some improvement. While they helped finalize the paperwork, I felt they could have been more transparent with some of the details, especially regarding financing options and loan terms. I had to follow up on a few things myself, and it was a bit of a hassle to get all the information I needed upfront. That said, Raul made the car-buying experience enjoyable, and the dealership as a whole was great. I would definitely recommend checking it out, just be sure to ask plenty of questions in the finance department to ensure everything is clear! More
