Francesco promised me 12th of August my car was be ready not why because they told me waiting part of engine mount. Today after 4 days in service I got back my car with my paying for alignment but when I went there for pick up my car the technician forgot fuse installation and I got engine light on turn back service they fixed. Again but steering alignment not fixed still left side when going straight. More

Very poor experience overall with Arrigo CDJR Sawgrass. Despite this dealer having a 2.0 rating on Yelp. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and purchased a used vehicle from them. Scott (used car manager) gave me his word the vehicle would be ready for pickup prior to purchase. The vehicle was not ready! They lied about repairing paint issues, did not repair loose front bumper as asked, delivered vehicle with no FUEL (20 Miles til Empty) while leaving the dealership to get fuel, the tire light came on (Right Front Tire had a nail). As a former technician at an automotive dealership, this is unacceptable performance of Arrigo CDJR Sawgrass. This tells me the technicians aren’t performing proper inspections on vehicles. The Used Car Manager gives you the run around just to ensure a sale. Very sad, will not ever come back to this dealership. Not even for a free oil change. Future reference for anyone reading this. CHECK Reviews of any dealership before buying or servicing your vehicle them! They are there for a reason. More
