Helen was super helpful and knowledgeable. I had many issues with my Jeep and she made everything easy and stress free. The entire staff was very impressive! The way they communicated with eac I had many issues with my Jeep and she made everything easy and stress free. The entire staff was very impressive! The way they communicated with each other and how they interacted with me as a customer. My bill was over $5,000 and Helen suggested the credit card to help ease the burden and I WAS APPROVED! 10/10 FOR EVEERYONE! Never spent that much money at the dealership and left with such a big smile on my face! Lol Great teamwork!! More

Do not bring your vehicle here. They had my car for about 5 weeks to do simple work. Did not fix issues. Did not perform service. Tried to make a big deal that they didn’t charge me for work they didn’t do, but I spent over $500 on rental car while they did very little. Zero communication. Seems most of management quit. Nobody had any idea what was going on. Extremely frustrating. Nobody returns calls. Zero stars. More

This is my second purchase from Hollywood Jeep. This one was even smoother than the 1st. The sales people, managers and finance people are a pleasure to deal with. The service center has been totally restaffed and it was a 100% improvement. The service writers and the managers are top-shelf. The parts department assisted me is getting the necessary parts to install my winch and tow bars over night. If you had any unacceptable dealings with these people in the past I would tell you "THERE HAVE BEEN CHANGES GIVE THEM ANOTHER TRY" More
