My salesman was Rafael. Prior to coming to the dealership he told me to let him know when I was on my way so he could pull the car up. Upon arrival, the car was not pulled up, but in fact not on the lot AT ALL because apparently it was being used as a loaner. He proceeded to try to show me another car (one that I was not interested in). I looked around the lot & I suggested to him one that looked exactly like the one I came to buy. He stated there was a slight difference in price, I asked what for, he didn’t know. Now I’m standing outside 7 months pregnant with my 5 year old & 2 year old, in 95 degree heat, while I’m waiting for him to get the keys. Fast forward to talking numbers,I didn’t even attempt to negotiate the price of the car. I communicated my hopes & expectations for monthly payment/down payment. He said leasing would be the best option, he got a worksheet type up by finance, we agreed upon it & I signed it. Then after them running my credit (which is a 760) They come back & say I should now finance the car & the payment will be $30 more a month & I will need to put a certain amount down-no deal. They sent over 2 more finance guys to try to convince me, but I’m not budging & I’m getting my things to leave. Then they “find” a deal that will raise the payment only $10 with my desired down payment. After waiting hours in this dealership with my kids & being pregnant (having Braxton hicks contractions & my legs swelling up right in front of me), I’m tired so I say ok & sign that worksheet. Rafael then comes to me & tells me he cant deliver the car anymore as he previously promised because it was “dark outside”. Fast forward to the finance office, Quentin attempted to give me a presentation of all of the things he could sell me, no thank you. Now two other men (David Lopez & another name I forget), come in the office, staging an attempt to play the “good cop” telling me they’ll throw in things like oil changes & Maintance for free for 3 years..blah blah…Then Quintin proceeds to tell me that they will “1000% be able to get a better APR rate if I come back tomorrow but I HAVE TO sign for the car that night. I asked why would I sign with a rate (which ended up to be 3% higher) just to come back in a few hours to sign for a lower rate? Not one of the 3 men could give me a legit answer. I wanted to leave so I signed it & left. The following day I get a call saying they have a better rate that’s guaranteed to lower my rate. I ask what it is, he said he doesn’t know but I will only be at the dealership for 30 minutes so come find out. So I go back to the dealership (mostly because they gave me a paper tag & they said they had the metal plate ready now). I’m in there for almost 2 hours while they’re now trying to sell me a “better” gap insurance with this better rate (that actually increased the payment) because apparently the one they hyped up the night before was the “basic” coverag…I asked why no one used the word “basic” when I agreed to it the night before. No one could answer. Now because I’m not signing the new paperwork, they start trying to throw in “free things”…the same free things they promised the night before! I let them know this is the exact reason why people do not like buying cars & I signed the papers to make it end. There was many other shady things that happened but for the sake of a longer review, I digress. All in all, I got the car because I needed a car, not because they earned or deserved my business in the slightest. If you’re looking for a car look somewhere other than CCDJR unless you have the time, patience & money to play with. More

I intended to keep negotiations simple while the dealership seemed to obscure the final price, I was unable to see how the price was derived and in the end, we came to agreement. But only after I was led to think it was my fault I couldn't see what the price was. I repeated my story to each person I met on my expectations, I did not hide my bottom line. I was not going to finance the purchase and the financial expert had little patience explaining the way the Jeep was priced and what I would end up paying in cash and trade. A very long process even after the handshake. Then the process of transferring property in trade in was rushed.Very professional staff, but such a challenge getting to the bottom line which, I guess, a part of the process. More

Maybe not the best time to fill out the survey but car has been there for over 24 days for repair with no end in sight. I am the one who has to keep calling for any updates. Apparently having trouble gett has been there for over 24 days for repair with no end in sight. I am the one who has to keep calling for any updates. Apparently having trouble getting the parts for repair. Also dealing with the Chrysler customer care. Very frustrating to have this issue with a brand new vehicle. I would hope it would be a priority fix for Jeep and the dealership but do not have a sense that it’s urgent for either. Wondering if I need to scrap my whole lease or get a replacement. More

Subsequently in spite of telling them I did NOT need an oil change, but just wanting a tire rotation, they changed the oil anyway to make up for the fact that they blew me off at the first visit. This time it was totally different. Ben was attentive, and hooked me up with Jeep Wave service. We added in alignment. As well, we were ablt to park there without issue with another vehicle while we waited for our service to complete. The service department has come a very long way to convincing me that the dealership is one I can continue to work with. Initially it was not. Great to see the improvement and hopefully it continues. I was able to find Quentin again while I waited for the service to complete. As usual he was affable and receptive to my praise of Ben Panarielll who assisted with our service. More
