I went to Dean Team to look at the vehicle we eventually purchased because of the vehicle itself. We liked the vehicle and ultimately decided to purchase it based on the price. The price was extremely compe purchased because of the vehicle itself. We liked the vehicle and ultimately decided to purchase it based on the price. The price was extremely competitive. ultimately I found out the price was a miss marked when I went into purchase the vehicle, after some arguing back and forth at the dealership they honored their mistake. The fact that I had to argue to get the price I was quoted was disappointing but that was the only disappointment. Service was excellent and staff was extremely friendly and seemed competent Our sales person, Paul Biermann, was very polite, courteous and accommodating and I would work with in the future. I had the opportunity to also work with Phillip Dean who was a polite, personable and what I expect from a management. I recommend working with both of these folks if you find yourself shopping at Dean Team VW. More

The Dean Team found the vehicle that I wanted at the lowest price within a two state vacinity. I made the mistake to first go to another car dealership. That dealership made me wait over 3 hours and lowest price within a two state vacinity. I made the mistake to first go to another car dealership. That dealership made me wait over 3 hours and they kept changing the deal over that 3 hour period. I then walked out and never purchased a car from them. The next morning, I called the internet manager at the DEAN TEAM and within two hours, Dave found the vehicle that I wanted with my accessories list and my first color choice. The price was the lowest within a two state area! After only two hours, Dave had the car I wanted and I signed for the car loan. This was the BEST car buying experinece I have ever had! The Dean Team is honest, trustworthy, respectful of my time and considerations. I recommend the Dean Team to everyone! Thank you DEAN TEAM! More

I simply Phil Dean made the process of buying an automobile painless. I do not like to shop for vehicles and I am very busy with working 2 jobs. I simply called the dealership and told Phil what features I wanted in a vehicle. He asked how soon I needed it. I replied, "Tonight", as I had a flight out the next morning for a work assignment. I told him I could be there in a couple hours. Less than 2 hours later,I showed up to the dealership....he was ready for me. He showed me the 2013 Subaru Forester 2.5 X Limited.....It was a perfect fit, even down to the color of paint! Unbelievable! I also worked with Rick Richard and Tony Wright to complete the sale. It was seamless! The entire process...from when I stepped into the dealership til I drove off in my brand new Subaru...took less than 3 1/2 hrs!!! This included looking at the vehicle, test driving it, financing, and Tony showing me how to work all the awesome features on it. To top it off....I get 3 years of roadside assistance from Subaru! I don't anticipate needing it, but it's comforting to know I have it. YAY!!! This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had!
