Seems like Ford dealerships just can’t follow directions anymore. Hadn’t been in for service in some time because the Service Department is nothing like it used to be. I had the same service advisor for yea anymore. Hadn’t been in for service in some time because the Service Department is nothing like it used to be. I had the same service advisor for years and then suddenly, it seemed like I worked with a different one every time I came in. Gave them a try again and booked an oil change. I told the scheduler that I wanted full synthetic oil, mentioned it again at drop off, and have used full synthetic on every vehicle I have serviced there over the last 20 years or so. Service took a long time and upon leaving, I looked at the paperwork and realized they used the conventional blended oil. Had to have them change it again. The service advisor didn’t even see it through and handed me off to someone else to give the car back to me when. I’ve done a lot of business with Heiser over the years and referred four friends who bought vehicles there but sadly, the Service Department just isn’t worth the drive across town anymore. More
