The sales person that helped me was very easy to work with. My husband normally handles these transactions, but he was unable to come this time.
I knew exactly what we wanted. We did have trade-ins and I was dreading that part of the transaction.. The sales person that helped me was very young yet extremely knowledgeable and patient when I told him what we were trying to achieve.
They had exactly what we wanted and I feel that the pricing was fair,
Even the financing part was painless.
The woman who took care of getting the new vehicle ready did an excellent job..
We will be sharing our experience with our friends, family and neighbors, and we will highly recommend they visit Surprise Ford.
