We have purchased two new vehicles from Heiser Toyota right off the showroom floor. Everyone is courteous and friendly all the time. Service is prompt and very easy to deal with. Everyone, including Peter, was so nice, personable, and accommodating. I appreciate that every time I come in! The reason I'm giving a 4 and not a 5 is because Peter skipped/forgot to go over the 3rd page accommodating. I appreciate that every time I come in! The reason I'm giving a 4 and not a 5 is because Peter skipped/forgot to go over the 3rd page of the packet with me, which listed the recommendation that I replace the filters, and that there was some sort of error code with my brakes. The texted video (which I didn't see while I was there because I was working on other things) was virtually impossible to understand due to the sound quality. It is such a great idea, but the kinks need to be worked out. It also would have been helpful to see what they were talking about regarding my brakes. More

Made appointment for Gold Service Oil Change told dealer kn phone and know person I would wait. Well wait I did 3 hours later my included service for a simple oil change was finally done. This is absolu kn phone and know person I would wait. Well wait I did 3 hours later my included service for a simple oil change was finally done. This is absolutely ridiculous when it is a 15-30 min job. 1 hour to 1.5 hours wait fine. Anything more than that and you should tell people up front and give them the option to reschedule instead of holding them hostage. More
