My car is still giving me the same issues, after being at the service center. The after video inspection that was sent me could use better wording, you should never make costumers feel like they are a bother the service center. They didn't even address the one issue I mentioned, said they couldn't hear it because of the rain? I appreciate that they give you a loaner without hassle and actually offer it without even having to ask. More

This is the 3rd time that I have it serviced since I bought the car and Pete has been my service provider, Tony and Keayon has helped me too and they are all very helpful, professional and friendly. They explain what needs done and if it should be done now or at the next service. This is one reason I went with W&Lto buy my car, they treat you very well her they don’t pressure you into anything they treat you like a Family. Kyle sold me my Forestor Touring and I know when I need another car I will be back. A great Dealership. More
