No haggle pricing only works if the price is competitive and it was. No strange fees. Communication was above expectations throughout the entire process. Usually the finance office is where things are the toughest, but again, we went over everything and there were no "time share" tactics. We said yes and no and were out in 15 minutes. We love ceramic coating and had that completed which was fantastic. However, when we picked up the car, had one small concern with the tires. This where I expected a normal car dealership experience to kick in because we had completed the sale at this point. However, Shane Loman went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of apologizing for the inconvenience. Spencer from the service department was great and communicated throughout the entire process. I may not remember all the names, but what I will remember is that with the entire staff and our interactions were consistently excellent and exceeded expectations. When I purchase another vehicle, it will be with Jerry Hunt. Do yourself a favor, if you are purchasing a car, at least give this dealership a chance. More

However, I did want to share a less positive part of our recent visit. Bhobie, the branch manager, offered us some add-ons we weren't interested in. When we declined, he seemed upset and became rude. He rushed us through the paperwork and made it clear he just wanted us to sign and leave. It made us feel uncomfortable and pressured, which is not how buying a car should feel. If Peral hadn't been involved in this purchase, we likely would have walked away and gone somewhere else. I understand that there's a sales process and commissions involved, but respect and customer care should always come first. More
