My fiancé and I looked at several luxury SUVs before narrowing it down to the Audi Q7 and Range Rover SE. I'll be honest and say that Joel was a big factor for choosing the Audi! Over the course of several months we visited the dealership a few times for test drives, including Joel arranging a day for me to test drive the car for several hours at my own leisure. He was also very responsive via email and perhaps best of all, he was never pushy when we were taking awhile to make our decision. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for an Audi! As far as the dealership itself goes, customer service with everyone we dealt with was second to none. The place has an air of luxury without being pretentious. Great snack and drink choice too!
