Another Awesome Experience As luck would have it, Erlan answered the phone last week when I called the dealership. He answered all my questions, and was very geniune. My husband As luck would have it, Erlan answered the phone last week when I called the dealership. He answered all my questions, and was very geniune. My husband and I went in for a test drive and we were pleasantly surprised by finding "the car" the minute we stepped on the lot.
