The staff at Audi of Charlotte went out of their way to make sure that we got the vehicle we wanted and were fully satisfied with it. Initially, we couldn't find a Q7 with the options and color we wanted. But as soon as one became available, our salesman, Max Montoya, drove it to my wife's office for a test drive. The entire team was very transparent throughout the process. Once we had the car, Kyle spent an hour pouring over the tech with us. They have been very helpful with any follow up questions we've had since the purchase. It was an overall fantastic car-buying experience. I cannot recommend this team highly enough. More

He was expert on the Q7, my test drive with him was very informative, and he did a great job detailing my options from dealer inventory to ordering from the factory. Next day follow-up and discussion led to a new Q7 pickup later that week. The pickup was very smooth - in and out very quickly - including in-depth, expeditious walkthrough of the vehicle and features as well as efficient "paperwork" process and discussion with Peppi. The overall team did an A+ job. More
