Elisa helped us with a preowned truck we found online, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. We live about an hour away, so before making the drive we asked if she could send addit and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful and honest, which we really appreciated since we’ve been to plenty of dealerships where the vehicle looked nothing like the online photos. That was definitely not the case here. The truck was freshly detailed before we arrived, which was such a nice surprise. Elisa was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us plenty of time to drive and check everything out without pressure. The finance manager was also fantastic and made the process smooth and easy. To top it all off, they filled the truck with gas and even drove it all the way back to our house for us since it was just me and my 15-year-old daughter there to pick it up. Truly above-and-beyond customer service. We would absolutely recommend this dealership 100%. More
