This was the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I came in with a self diagnosed transmission issue on Tuesday morning. David Torres claimed that I was paying 240 dollars for my diagnost dealership. I came in with a self diagnosed transmission issue on Tuesday morning. David Torres claimed that I was paying 240 dollars for my diagnostic on both my front end and my transmission to confirm the problem and see what my options were moving forward in regards to my transmission being under recall the 250 dollars would be refunded to me. When I called Thursday morning there was still no work done on my vehicle. I had to ride them to get my a consensus on the issue. Only the transmission was checked no check on the front end, no other evaluations discussed. They presented me with a bill of 10,900 dollars to fix it and claimed my warranty invalid. A complete waste of time. I left feeling hustled. When I got back into my car someone had broken my radio and changed all kinds of settings on my vehicle! I DONT KNOW WHAT KIND OF DRUGS THESE PEOPLE ARE ON. I’m going to need to have my radio fixed. Horrible experience. NEVER GO TO ENVISION FORD. More

I had an amazing experience purchasing my Bronco, and I can honestly say it was worth all the time I spent searching. I had been looking all over the state trying to find the right one, and after exploring can honestly say it was worth all the time I spent searching. I had been looking all over the state trying to find the right one, and after exploring multiple options, I finally landed in Oxnard at Envision Ford — and I’m so glad I did. From the very beginning, Samin made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He reached out to me early in the morning and stayed in contact with me throughout the entire day. What really stood out was how fast and responsive he was every time I had a question or asked about a different Bronco, he provided quick, clear feedback and made sure I had all the information I needed to make the right decision. On top of that, I was driving all the way from Bakersfield straight after work, and the team went above and beyond by waiting for me and being incredibly patient despite my late arrival. They stayed until 11pm completing the process for me! That level of understanding and customer care meant a lot. If it wasn’t for Samin reaching out for me that morning I believe I would have not purchased my dream car! Carlos, the manager, was also great to work with. He was very flexible and took the time to clearly explain all my options, making sure I felt confident and comfortable throughout the process. When it came to financing, Alie made everything easy and worked with me to get a great package that fit my needs.Overall, this was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. The team at Envision Ford truly went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier with my Bronco. Highly recommend! More

I went in to purchase a used 2022 Ford Explorer for my wife. We traded in our 2018 GMC Yukon with 107,000 miles on it. Presteen condition! Armando the sales manager who I worked with and Sam the salesman wife. We traded in our 2018 GMC Yukon with 107,000 miles on it. Presteen condition! Armando the sales manager who I worked with and Sam the salesman told me after running a Carfax report that the Yukon was rear ended twice, which is xx and I was offered $14,000 for it. They said that with me being the 3rd owner that they couldn’t sell the vehicle on their lot. Well guess what? They have it on there lot and they are selling it for $24,000. I was lied to and after reading other reviews, which I should have done before hand. I would have never ever bought a car from this dealership or any other dealerships that they own.
