Bought a new Ford Explorer I went to look at new explorers. I was greeted by Mr. Paul Scannell. He was pleasant, professional, kind, courteous, and very friendly. Over the next I went to look at new explorers. I was greeted by Mr. Paul Scannell. He was pleasant, professional, kind, courteous, and very friendly. Over the next several hours, days I decided to purchase a new 2018 Explorer. There was no pressure by Paul. He clearly explained, in detail, about cost, payments, warranties, etc.. I truly could not have been happier with the entire experience. He showed me several vehicles and allowed me to decide which one was suitable for my families needs. I then spoke with Doug in financing. Again, he was wonderful. Spent the time explaining all the paperwork while at the same time being friendly and a gentleman. More
