The very BEST Service Department around!! Josh Guerra is truly a remarkable Service Consultant, and he makes every Lexus customer feel special. He is warm, friendly, and personable - remember Josh Guerra is truly a remarkable Service Consultant, and he makes every Lexus customer feel special. He is warm, friendly, and personable - remembering small details about each of us and taking the time to demonstrate how importance we are to Lexus with his genuine and attentive service. He never rushes us, is fun to chat with, is clearly knowledgeable about our vehicles, and is ever-professional and courteous. Josh is the #1 reason I continue to own a Lexus, even though I am actually no longer even attracted to the ES and I'm less impressed with the quality of product than I used to be. I am also horribly spoiled by the wonderful team at Westside Lexus Service, where the liberal Loaner Car policy keeps customers super happy. Lastly, I wanted to note the honesty and impressive service records of Josh's mechanics. I know these guys have been there a long time and that there is no revolving door with Josh's team. Even though I have a bad habit of constantly leaving cash in the arm console and glove box - never has even $1 gone missing. How many companies in the world can claim that? This MVP treatment from the Westside Lexus Service Department, along with Josh as my personal superstar, have pretty much established me as a lifetime client of this particular dealership. I will not buy from another dealership even to save money on a new purchase, and I no longer even bother shopping other makes. Since I completely trust the team to make honest service recommendations and not sell me unnecessary repairs, and I have total faith in the skills of the technicians, I happily bring my car in for service here, 100% satisfied even with a dealership service price tag. Obviously a very pleased Lexus for Life client, my loyalty to this dealership is based on 16 years of great experiences, and I am confident that many more are are still ahead! More

Sold me a car with a bed alternator I purchased a so called Certified Pre-owned car (2011 ES 350) from this dealership in 2014 and the experience has been terrible right after I drove th I purchased a so called Certified Pre-owned car (2011 ES 350) from this dealership in 2014 and the experience has been terrible right after I drove the car out of the lot. Within 3 days the car battery died and I had to get a tow truck to move the car to their service lot. Instead to doing a thorough check, they simply replaced the battery and told me everything was fine. Same issue reoccured again in 2015 and they again simply changed the battery. Fast forward to 2018 and my car died on me right on the highway. I had to pay a wrecker to tow my car to a mechanic shop and had the battery replaced. The mechanic informed me that it was my alternator having issues all these years and wondered why nobody from the Westside Lexus service center picked it up during the numerous "diagnostics inspections". I drove the car to Westside Lexus service center and gave them a timeline of the issues I have has since driving the car out of their lot in 2014. They then decided to do a test on the alternator and found out it was bad, then slapped me with an estimate of $1700 to fix it. Jokers!!! Y'all waited for my warranty to expire before diagnosing a simple alternator problem. I'm done with ya'll. And I have also had to replace my car A.C because the evaporator core was bad. All within 3 years of purchasing a so called " Certified Pre-Owned" car. More
