On second test drive, Sinh brought the car that I wanted from another dealer and had it ready for me to take home (I didn't even have to ask or put a deposit down like other dealers!). Very impressed with his patience and overall helpfulness. Was deciding between other luxury brands and decided on Lexus because of the guaranteed excellent customer service.
