Great Manager, terrific sales guy that answered an after hour inquiry & set us up with a 9:30am appointment for the next morning. When we arrived, the sales man had the car staged right outside for us hour inquiry & set us up with a 9:30am appointment for the next morning. When we arrived, the sales man had the car staged right outside for us to check it out! After the test drive, the application was quickly submitted. We were approved.. Then the WAIT BEGAN... THE MANAGER OBSERVED OUR LONG WAIT & COMMENTED THAT HE WILL BE RIGHT DOWN WITHIN 15 minutes.. ( the finance guy.. ) The manager checked back 45 minutes later.. asking if we had seen him. I said NO HE HAS NOT CAME OUT YET!!! The manager also noticed 3 groups of customers waiting for service.... The manager talked to all 3 groups telling them someone will be right with them. As we continued to wait, 2 of the groups walked out.. The manager went outside just to see them drive away... Very poor dealership to have no available sales reps... ( 2nd shift came in at noon. Too late by 40 minutes.. ) The manager is thorough and was very disappointed with some employees at that time. I am thankful for their service and the guy that sold us our car. Very polite, and cares about the customers. We had our own tag and insurance policy all ready to go. We finally got out of the building at 12:45pm.. (starting from a 9:30am appointment!) The staff were all polite and professional people. It was just the dreadfully long wait & watching business walk out the door from no service that was disturbing & sad for the dealership. More
