Stay away from this dealership! Took my son there to buy out his Elantra lease and they have no idea what they are doing in the finance office or how to handle registration/title. W Took my son there to buy out his Elantra lease and they have no idea what they are doing in the finance office or how to handle registration/title. We were told it would all be taken care of and he would get his new registration (which was about to expire). We paid them $439.00 for "Private Tag Agency Fee" PLUS $113.85 Registration and Titling fees PLUS $52.85 in Doc Stamps PLUS $50.00 in SURTAX/OTHER FEES. I later found out his registration expired and they never called me to tell me, we never received a registration. I had to go to the motor vehicle office myself to get a new registration and paid $73 out of pocket myself and was told by DMV that the dealership should have provided a new plate. I had to find out after multiple calls to the "salesman" that the finance manager could not fulfill his promise to "take care of registration and all DMV paperwork" and I was advised to go to DMV and take care of myself so he was driving legally. So why did I pay all of those fees, especially the $439.00 Privat tag agency fee when I had to do it myself? They told me to submit a receipt for reimbursement for the out of pocket registration fee of $73.00, which I did...and today we get a check from them for $31.50 (6 weeks after the fact)???? How does this make any sense. This place went in the gutter when Lithia took over from local ownership. They are a complete joke! AVOID!!!!! More

Service department entrance is clean and well organized. Attendants immediately greet you and ask if you have appointment, which I did. Oliver and Jose went above and beyond to maje me feel comfortable with my price car. I've have been helped by them several times and it is always the most caring treatment.
