Awesome! I recently purchased a 2013 VW Jetta Sportwagon. I was assisted in the purchase first by Kate Smith, who introduced me to Phil Dean. We spoke about I recently purchased a 2013 VW Jetta Sportwagon. I was assisted in the purchase first by Kate Smith, who introduced me to Phil Dean. We spoke about the type of car that I was interested in and Phil referred me to a salesman, Wes Gallegos, who met me in the used vehicle area of their lot. I had found three of the Jetta Sportswagons, at that point. Wes helped me choose the car I wanted and assisted me in obtaining financing that I could work with. My thanks also go to the Finance Manager, Dustin, who made the purchase final. Overall the experience was great all around. More

No Pressure to purchase, Very honest and upfront We have been looking at cars for a few months and talked to several dealers. We even went to the other Dean VW and had a very poor experience there. We really were starting to look at other brands and we received a call from Ryan asking us to come in. He promised that they were different than the other guys. We met Matt our sales rep and he is very friendly and helpful. We decided on a new Tiguan in "Habanero Orange" and are very happy so far. We do recommend this dealership. Easiest experience with a dealership! I unfortunately was included in an open class action lawsuit for my VW. I had called the dealership I bought my CC from about needing to bring it in t I unfortunately was included in an open class action lawsuit for my VW. I had called the dealership I bought my CC from about needing to bring it in to be fixed. They seemed everything but willing to help me. I decided to call Dean Team and they got me in less than five business days later and had the job completed in record time. Paul in service was a breath of fresh air and gave me the BEST customer service I've ever received from a dealership. From start to finish they were fantastic. Competent I had a light on and thought it was going to be expensive to repair. Ended up super easy! First was told that it would be under warranty (yeah), the I had a light on and thought it was going to be expensive to repair. Ended up super easy! First was told that it would be under warranty (yeah), then found out it was just my key fob battery. They replaced the battery at no charge! What could have turned out to be a major pain and expensive at some places, they were honest!!!! More
