The staff at Sport Mazda Orlando was extremely accommodating to help me resolve my issues with my used car purchase. Sport Mazda is working in conjunction with the Ford dealer to warranty the repl accommodating to help me resolve my issues with my used car purchase. Sport Mazda is working in conjunction with the Ford dealer to warranty the replacement of the engine on the 2018 Lincoln MKC I have purchased. Hine-sight on this experience would have been a signed contract that this warranty replacement be handled before the purchase being complete. The reason for the 4 out of 5 stars is lack of competence some of the staff exhibit pre and post processing of this transaction. I was given verbal promises that the issue would be resolved before the purchase and unintelligible reasons for why the car was having mechanical problems, ie.. gas cap and oil change computer reset. Thankfully, the sales manager stepped in to remedy my problems and offered me unlimited use of a loaner car while my Lincoln was being repaired. More

With all the new technology it makes it so easy for a busy person to look for cars from anywhere while feeling like you are at the dealership. I love the video walk-around and that I am able to text Ashley for any questions I had/have.
