Routine oil change I came in for a routine oil change and was greeted by Al who normally takes care of me. He remembered me and was glad he hadn't seen me in a while (me I came in for a routine oil change and was greeted by Al who normally takes care of me. He remembered me and was glad he hadn't seen me in a while (meaning my car was good!). He asked about my problem speakers as well. I mentioned I had a free oil change from my rewards program and he said he'd take care of it. When I came back to pick up my vehicle and hour and a half later, I didn't have to do anything but sign. Great in and out, love the customer service I get when I come there. I even bring my bfs car in now (even though it's not a ford-shhh)! More

Not what I expected When I picked up the car from a recall repair, the hood latch was hanging next to the brake pedal.
