Happy customer Went in for routine oil change and problem with Ford Pass connection. After the service update, I was still not able to connect phone with car to sync Went in for routine oil change and problem with Ford Pass connection. After the service update, I was still not able to connect phone with car to sync. Patrick saw my frustration and took over reconnecting my phone to the car and finally he was successful.
