Another perfect experience Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. While I was waiting, the service manager informed me that he had discovered that my car was awaiting a fa Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. While I was waiting, the service manager informed me that he had discovered that my car was awaiting a factory update to avert a possible problem. I had received the letter regarding this potential issue several months earlier but had forgotten all about it. The service department was able to make the necessary update (at no charge) while I was there. Thanks to their due diligence, my car is now up-to-date. More

Had oil change / tire rotation / inspection .. Excellent service with timely manner and good feedback ... Specifically had an issue with conversion of FORDPASS points and after trying to correct on Ford sit service with timely manner and good feedback ... Specifically had an issue with conversion of FORDPASS points and after trying to correct on Ford site thru my phone & call to Customer Service ( that still didn’t correct issue) the Office cashier went BEYOND !! By calling Ford service back & correcting problem!!! More
