Wasn't sure if I had enough funds, but Patrick didn't stop trying until he found the right creditor with a monthly budget I could handle. I was there several hours and mentioned that I was hungry; Jason left his desk and came back with 2 chocolate bars for me. That's a car dealer who went above and beyond! Once the car was deemed mine, Jason and Patrick had a lot of paperwork ready for me to sign. But when that was finished all I had to do was get in my (detailed inside and out) Corolla and drive her home! Before I left Jason said to make sure to call him if I had any questions or issues at all, then handed me a business card with his phone number on it! Best day ever! More

Sure enough, I was able to drive the exact car I wanted off the lot just a few months later. During the waiting period, Keith continuously provided updates and was available for any questions. I would highly recommend going to Heritage and working with Keith in order to have a smooth, low stress experience when buying/leasing a car. More

He listened to my needs to help me pick the best car for me, set my expectations right from the beginning, walked me through all of the details of the car, he discussed the options to meet my needs, the delivery date and everything. This car was on back order, but Derek kept me up to date on every development as it happened. Conor McQuade, the manager who helped with the pricing, was more than reasonable, understanding and helpful in explaining all of my options.
