Beginning with my initial meeting with Keith I found him to be friendly, helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. Despite a long wait for delivery of my new car Keith kept in contact with me on a regular ba to be friendly, helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. When the car arrived Keith did a test drive with me, helping me to understand much of the new technology, and he continues to remain available for assistance.
