Service took forever considering this was a simple speaker replacement. I arrived on time, and my vehicle didn’t get taken back for over an hour. Patrick didn't provide any update unless prompted. Zero apologies for the delay, and even seemed to be slightly annoyed when I told him I needed something from my vehicle considering the service was taking expectantly longer than expected. More

Made appointment and still took 3 hours to change the oil on my 2025 3500 and no wash. Hand prints all over. Worst experience I have ever had at George Moore! I had a great experience at the dealership. I had my 2 Granchildren with me the job was taking longer than expected. Sam had an Uber pick us up and take us home. Then an Uber to drive me back t I had my 2 Granchildren with me the job was taking longer than expected. Sam had an Uber pick us up and take us home. Then an Uber to drive me back to the dealership at their expense. That was great customer service, I will definitely go back to the dealership. More
