Everyone that I spoke with (Kelsey, Mike, Scott and Joseph) were respectful, polite and with a degree of professionalism you typically do not find in Jacksonville. My driver side door has a huge paint chip now right under the handle AND the interior now smells disgusting, like mold. Like someone wiped things down with a dirty, mildew cloth. So much for SERVICE.
