If it's not broken, they won't fix it. Joseph, my service advisor, is really good at what he does. He knows the parts and pieces that go into these vehicles, he knows the error codes that can come up, and he never tries to oversell you on anything. For me, two things matter most when I take a vehicle to a dealership for service. First and foremost is safety: when I get my car back, I know it's safe and I can put my family in it. A very close second is having an honest, trustworthy person to work with, someone I know isn't going to take advantage of me. At the end of the day, our vehicles are a major part of our daily lives.
