You've always Patrick Lancaster, You are an Awesome man!!! But you already know this, lol. This was our 4th time sitting with you, crunching numbers. You've always delivered. But that's not all that you are about. You know your stuff, quick, succinct, & funny as all heck. But you don't just make this about the business end. We've talked about Sports, Travel, History, Family & so on, just adding on to the great experience that is North Park Toyota. You are like minded like my Son Anthony, my daughter Kelley, & myself. I'll always be grateful to you, cuz when my kids drive off the lot smiling & Happy, I'm Happy. Will hopefully see you again in April with my other daughter. Auf wiedersehen. Shout out to David Garza our Sales rep, & Marzell in Security, who led us to David & browsed the lot on Sunday afternoon. More

Happy with my new toyota I had been car shopping for about two months when I finally settled on a Toyota CAMRY XSE. I went to North Park because, after shopping around, I saw I had been car shopping for about two months when I finally settled on a Toyota CAMRY XSE. I went to North Park because, after shopping around, I saw I’d get the best deal there. Little did I know, it’d actually be better than what I thought. Very happy with the service I received and extremely happy with my purchase. 10/10 would shop again. More

From the Internet Sales Manager, Brian Gothard to Eddie Lopez and Patric We used our USAA car buying service and found that our car was at North Park. From the Internet Sales Manager, Brian Gothard to Eddie Lopez and Patrick Lancaster in Finance, all were very friendly attentive and professional. We didn’t find this at other dealerships but lucky for us we found North Park Toyota. North Park will have our business from now on! More

Got my early New Year's gift in time! Me and my hubby came from another Toyota dealership where we were a previous customer but the second time they were not able to work out a deal for me Me and my hubby came from another Toyota dealership where we were a previous customer but the second time they were not able to work out a deal for me and we stayed there almost all day! I was a bit disappointed and so I looked for another dealership online and chose Toyota North Park in SW loop 410. To my surprise, Jesse immediately had called me back and set up an appointment for Dec 31st. When we got to the North Park dealership, Jesse toured us around and the place is marvelous to me and to be quite honest , looks better than the other dealership where we came from. Jesse is very informative, friendly, courteous and took his time to explain the features of the car that I wanted and most of all, helped me get to the numbers that I wanted. I also respect Mr Lancaster's honesty and being straight-forward and no non- sense attitude about the financing aspects. All in all, me and my husband felt we were valued as a customer that day and I got the car that I wanted in time before Toyotathon was over! Great experience ! Will recommend to my friends ! More
