Patrick Branyan, is a major asset to the Gay Family Kia dealership! Not only did he keep it professional at all times, but he was able to get me in and out of the dealership expeditiously with the vehicle dealership! Not only did he keep it professional at all times, but he was able to get me in and out of the dealership expeditiously with the vehicle that I wanted. From start to finish, he always made sure to keep us informed on all of the vehicles we were interested in, he made sure we felt comfortable and confident in our vehicle selections by asking probing questions, and he spoke eloquently throughout our entire encounter. His passion, knowledge, and genuine concern for the well-being of my family and our safety left an ever lasting impression! Everyone working at this dealership whether they were working with me or not was very friendly and asked if there was anything I needed or they could do for me while my salesman was talking to the financ working with me or not was very friendly and asked if there was anything I needed or they could do for me while my salesman was talking to the finance office on my behalf. It was the only dealership I had been to who really tried to get to a price arrangement that I would feel comfortable with signing. Once I bought the car, they didn't just give me the keys and say, "Good Luck". My wonderful salesman, Patrick Branyan, went over everything on how the car works and and asked if I had any questions. He told me if I had any questions in the future, just give him a call and handed me his business card that had his cell # on it as well as the dealership #! It does take a while to get there but it was well worth the drive to go to this dealership. More
