Everyone working at this dealership whether they were working with me or not was very friendly and asked if there was anything I needed or they could do for me while my salesman was talking to the financ working with me or not was very friendly and asked if there was anything I needed or they could do for me while my salesman was talking to the finance office on my behalf. It was the only dealership I had been to who really tried to get to a price arrangement that I would feel comfortable with signing. Once I bought the car, they didn't just give me the keys and say, "Good Luck". My wonderful salesman, Patrick Branyan, went over everything on how the car works and and asked if I had any questions. He told me if I had any questions in the future, just give him a call and handed me his business card that had his cell # on it as well as the dealership #! It does take a while to get there but it was well worth the drive to go to this dealership. More

Very pleasant experience buying my first KIA. Patrick Branyan in sales was patient, listened to my needs and allowed me to make the decision without pressure. The salesman Patrick was knowledgeable, patient, focused. He never pressured us to make a decision/choice. His goal was to get us the vehicle that was right for us. He was always available and returned messages quickly. He explained the features of the vehicle we chose and even got us set up in the new vehicle. He let us know that we could call him at any time if we came across something we did not understand. The finance manager Gerardo was easy to work with and respected our decisions. Again, no pressure to choose things we did not want. The service department followed up with us quickly. We have owned the vehicle about a week and we love it! More

Our description of Patrick: knowledgeable, patient, respectful, diplomatic. We could not have been in better hands! Patrick listened to us and answered our questions, instead of talking over and past respectful, diplomatic. We could not have been in better hands! Patrick listened to us and answered our questions, instead of talking over and past us, as some dealers do. Never did we feel pressured to make a decision or choice until we were ready. This was our first experience with electric vehicles so we had many questions about availability and then about options. Patrick walked us through it all, and in the end we got the vehicle that is right for us and that we feel very comfortable with. At one point in the process we (the purchasers) got into an argument/discussion about L1/L2 chargers. Patrick diplomatically and patiently let us talk it out, answering questions and suggesting options. He showed us the charging station and walked us through the whole charging routine until we both were comfortable. When we took delivery, Patrick explained and demonstrated the options on the vehicle (media, comfort and safety features, etc.) patiently, completely, and clearly and got our phones set up to get us started. He reminded us that we should contact him immediately if we got stumped or had questions going forward. Patrick could serve as a model salesman for vehicles in general. And we will certainly be back to shop for Vehicle #2 at Gay Family Kia. More
