We have to say that over the years Prestige volvo service dept. is exceptional.We did want to relay that on a recent service visit, we were armed with coupons, well Patricia surpassed our expectations by tak dept. is exceptional.We did want to relay that on a recent service visit, we were armed with coupons, well Patricia surpassed our expectations by taking it to the next level and finding more coupons to save us even more money!We didnt see that one coming.. Also,we are always amazed that she remembers our names at every service call, she is the reason for those 5's.Not saying that all your service reps are always professional and never make you feel rushed and answer all questions. Both Patricia and Bill were extremely helpful, cheeful and did everything they could to make it easier for my wife, who is hearing impaired, when our Volvo wagon was smoking. Prestige Volvo's Service Dept is TOP NOTCH!!! I have never experienced a dealership work so hard to SAVE you money. My experience has always been they only service what is needed, never adding on stuff never experienced a dealership work so hard to SAVE you money. I brought my car in to replace a flat tire. As this is the second time it happened, we inspected the affected tire to make sure there were no scratches simlar to the one we found last time. To our dismay the second time it happened, we inspected the affected tire to make sure there were no scratches simlar to the one we found last time. To our dismay there were scratches that appeared to be made from a machine as it was the same consistent pattern. We brought this to Patricia's attention, and subsequentally the service manager. They were very helpful in making things right. We booked another service to have the tire specialist "clean it up." More

My wife and I bought two cars (XC90 and S60) at this dealership in March 2004. By now, both cars have over 100,000 miles and, having followed the recommended service schedule, we've been problem free du dealership in March 2004. By now, both cars have over 100,000 miles and, having followed the recommended service schedule, we've been problem free during all these years. The service team is friendly, accommodating and receptive to suggestions. At the same time, their recommendations have always proven to be accurate. Above all, they are very professional. The scheduling process is easy and the car is ready when promised. I haven't met the mechanics, but their job is just superb because the cars run like new and, unfortunately for me, they are not any more. I would recommend this Service Department to anybody looking for first class service, not just for their cars but for themselves. More

Jay Rosen service manager is one of the best! I have had the pleasure of dealing with Jay for the past year and a half after purchasing my first new Volvo car.We first met under some unpleasant circumstance the pleasure of dealing with Jay for the past year and a half after purchasing my first new Volvo car.We first met under some unpleasant circumstances with a window issue.He fully resolved the issue to my satisfaction and went above and beyond to do so.He is a man whos actions speeker louder than words, and always has you walk away satisfied. His service department is a pleasure to visit. All the service advisors act in a professional friendly manner.Even when calling to schedule an appointment the girls couldn't be any nicer.Kudos to the entire depatment and keep up the good work prestige!!!
