Disrespectful and condescending This is my 3rd Volvo and will be my last. In addition to so many issues with my 2018 xc60 the treatment I received today from Patricia today was horr This is my 3rd Volvo and will be my last. In addition to so many issues with my 2018 xc60 the treatment I received today from Patricia today was horrific. I do not appreciate being treated like an idiot. I explained that the sensors are constantly going off and Patricia attempted to tell me it was from the sun. How does that explain when it happens at night? Oddly enough they could not replicate any of my concerns except for the ones that were not covered by warranty. The loaner I received was filthy but it made me realize exactly how my vehicle SHOULD PERFORM AND DOES NOT. You have lost a customer and an avid supporter of your product. More

Awesome Service Dept A++ I’ve been coming to Volvo Prestige East Hanover route 10 Service Center for my 2005 Volvo XC 90. I’ve been to three other service dealerships and a I’ve been coming to Volvo Prestige East Hanover route 10 Service Center for my 2005 Volvo XC 90. I’ve been to three other service dealerships and all of them does not come to par with this place. Patricia is awesome and she always have a smile and best attitude & customer service! Thank you and will be coming here in the future. My car have 250,000+ mile and this place takes care of it. More

Chris got the deal finalized quickly. Pat explained all of the delivery process details very clearly. Ryan did an outstanding job explaining the how to use the vehicle's features. Have also found that their prices are competitive with specialty shops, e.g. brakes, tires/wheel alignment, etc. From initial sale, through Safe and Secure service, and beyond, I would not hesitate to recommend Prestige Volvo, East Hanover to anyone.
